Common questions

Questions from Park City region workplaces

Do you cover all of Summit and Wasatch counties?

Our Park City region route runs on a regular schedule through Park City, Kimball Junction, Snyderville, Kamas, Heber City, and Midway via I-80, US-40, and SR-248. Because we plan it around winter weather, we will let you know if a storm affects a delivery, and if your town is not listed we will confirm your address.

We have sites in both Park City and the Heber Valley. Can they share one program?

Yes. Multiple sites in the region can share one service schedule, and each location gets the setup that fits it, whether that is a micro market at a larger site or a smart cooler at a smaller one.

Our staffing changes with the ski and summer seasons. Can service change too?

Yes. Remote monitoring shows what sells at each site, so a busy winter and a quieter shoulder season can be stocked differently, and sharing your season dates with us early helps us plan.

What fits a smaller site or a guest area?

A micro market needs steady traffic through the day to keep fresh food moving, so smaller sites, including many in Kamas, are usually better served by a smart cooler or refrigerated vending. A smart cooler also suits a guest lobby better than an open market, and we plan staff and guest spaces separately.

How do employees pay?

Employees pay by card, tap, mobile wallet, or cash, and employers can fund a market account or load allowances. Every machine and market kiosk takes cash; smart coolers take card, tap, and mobile wallet.

What does it cost to get started?

Nothing. The consultation is complimentary and the design is no-obligation, and if you move forward we provide and install the equipment at no cost. Distance alone does not set ongoing pricing, which depends on your headcount, the equipment the room needs, and how often it is serviced.
